Ya, after 10 years working, I finally was invited for an appreciation ceremony because of my clients’ good comments about my service. I was so exicted and looked forward to the ceremony but heh! I didn’t make it to the ceremony because I have another workshop to attend to.
It is nice when your hard work is appreciated by someone, who especially is your big boss. However, I have to admit, at the same time I receive the appreciation from my client, i also get ’slamed’ by another client. So, how can you define myself? Good luck?
