This morning, I rushed out from home with samuel and ezek for my traffic court case. Luckly I reached there on time. I hate being in situation where I know nothing about it. The police were not friendly to inform us and also previous police in Putrajaya gave me different impression.
When my name is called, a lady read out my ‘kesalahan’ Puan Majistret asked me if I admit it. Of course I admit it. Police in Putra told me if I didn’t admit, they will do investigation and if really I did wrong, I could be fined more than normal. After I admit, she asked if I have any apeal. As I was telling reason why I commited the ‘unintentional’ crime, she stopped my stories and asked if I admit or not. So, I said admit. Then case close.
I seriously don’t now what she expect to hear when she asked if I want to appeal. Anyway, I was fined RM350 for using handphone during driving. She is not interested for detail. So, i also have to be good girl and pay.
I was questionned at 9.00am but have to wait till around 10.00am because the court counter did not open. The policemen get us to quee up to pay at the counter below. they were so worried that we ran away (how could we when they took our IC)
So, we were brought to a room-which looked so pretty outside but when I entered, it was so stuffy with cigarette smell. Only a table and chairs were around. I saw two people sitting on the floor. They looked sulky. Two policemen were scolding them.
mr. sukri asked us to get someone to pay for us. I was shocked and asked why we could not pay for ourselves? He said it is because we commited crime and we are supposed to be handcruffed and be bailed. we cannot pay for ourselves but another person outside. I was really shocked to hear this. However, after few reasoning (there were 9 of us) he said we will pay for ourselves.
So again, we lined up to go to the counter. Over there, i was very relieved to see bright, clean and fresh air. I m not happy at all these situition because not knowing how is happenig n how v r supposed 2 protect ourselves.
In this country I live, now I wonder if they read my blog, they will jail me for writing n recording my experience. This is part of my journey this year. I am really ’sui’ this year and number 3 is my unlucky number.Today is Wednesday. Plus the tiger year. I have to learn to be obedient and pray more to God.
to whoever reading my experience, never argue with a policeman. Like the Kajang policeman told me, “we are not crazy enough to simply catch people.” Never go to court also, too much time taken up and still paying. To know less is better.
Now, I have to seek information to learn more about undang-undang memandu kereta.
