Is it so important to be appreciated?

Filed under: experience — swling @ 7:27 am

Two recent cases I faced recently make me realised that I am a person who wants to be feel appreciated. I want my colleauge to appreciates me and my sister to also appreciates me. I feel good serving the Sunday School because I know that the children and parents likes me but with the two recent cases I faced, I just felt that they were horrible to me.

Now that I reflected at my self, I think we have to learn to give without demanding a form of return including appreciation. Of course, it feels good to be appreciated but if didn’t receive, also never mind. However, i am very upset when we don’t receive appreciation but condemn…this is the time to reflect on Jesus.

Museum for children

Filed under: personal growth — swling @ 2:24 pm

Now, if you expect all children will be decent when they visit the museum, then you are wrong. They will do all sorts of funny things including crawling on the floor. How nice if they build a ‘river’ under the ground so that the children could walk on it at the same time looking at the fish that swim in it.
Of course, you put high density glass on it.

Interactive Museum

Just at my children. If only the virtual museum could allow them to simulate themselves as how the animal is.
Actually this is possible with the Virtual Reality technology and also the sensory-what they called it already?

Mamalia museum

During school holiday, we brought the children to this museum at Putrajaya. Thought it was very amusing, wished it had more interaction since we are now in the era of Web 2.0

Samuel with the bats

How ncie if Samuel could just touch the bats and it fly then back to the sleeping position.

aircord in the car

Filed under: Idea & Innovation — swling @ 1:53 pm

How nice if our car will start it’s aircord by the time we press our door remote by a 50 m distance. This will allow the car to cool down and we will feel comfortable by the time we entered our car. Ya know, our house aircord has the ’super’ and ‘quiet’ feature, this should apply for the car’s aircord too.
